Deneyim Patent and Trademark Services was founded in 2009 by Patent and Trademark Attorney Çelik ERDOĞAN with the aim of providing consultancy services to companies on industrial property rights, both domestically and internationally, and of adding value to their assets.
Our organization aims to provide added value to its clients at every stage—from needs analysis to registration processes and post-registration services—particularly in the fields of trademarks, industrial design, and patents. We operate with the mindset of an internal department of the organizations we serve and adopt as a core principle the consideration of every factor that delivers tangible benefit to our clients.

TEKNOFEST Aviation, Space and Technology Festival, Türkiye’s largest event in the fields of aviation, space, and technology, was held at Istanbul Atatürk Airport between September 17–21, 2025. Bringing together thousands of visitors, the festival also hosted Deneyim Patent as a participating company.
The Fashion Wonderland event, organized on behalf of TOÇEV (Tüvana Foundation for Children Who Love to Read) with a focus on social benefit and a strong sense of social responsibility, brought together the worlds of business, fashion, and entrepreneurship around a meaningful cause. Deneyim Patent also participated in the event as one of the supporting organizations.
The Christmas Wonderland event, bringing together social responsibility and entrepreneurial awareness, was organized on behalf of TOÇEV and hosted a meaningful gathering. Held at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus Istanbul, the event was supported by Deneyim Patent, which participated in and contributed to this social benefit–oriented organization.
The NEXT GEN’25 – New Approaches in Youth Employment: The New Face of Careers in the Age of Twin Transformation summit, organized in collaboration with Istanbul Gelişim University Career Guidance, Practice and Research Center and İŞKUR, brought together representatives from the public sector, academia, and the private sector. Deneyim Patent participated in the summit as a participating company.
Recently, our Institution has received complaints stating that unauthorized individuals who introduce themselves as Trademark Attorneys or Patent Attorneys have been calling applicants or registration holders by phone and attempting to deceive them through various scenarios, or sending letters that create the impression they originate from the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and requesting various fees, as well as issuing invoice-like notifications.
Following the successful completion of the examination and publication processes before the European Commission, Osmaniye Groundnut and Bingöl Honey have been registered in the European Union.
