In addition to consultancy services that may be provided on a case-by-case basis for any questions or research related to industrial and intellectual property, comprehensive consultancy services offered continuously for one year may also be implemented, based on suitability to the structure of the company.

Annual consultancy services may be offered through any option determined to be compatible with the client company’s structure, provided that they apply to trademarks, industrial designs, and patents, whether for domestic, international, or both domestic and international activities. During annual renewal periods, the scope of services may be expanded or narrowed. A company whose industrial property foundation has been strengthened through annual consultancy over a certain period may, over time, revert to a model in which it authorizes the monitoring of individual procedures on a case-by-case basis.

The core rationale of the services provided under annual consultancy agreements is to integrate the patent system into the company’s structure as if it had established an internal department, based on clearly identified needs.
